Konzentriertes Reinigungsgranulat für Anwendungen in der Lebensmittel-, Pharma oder Medizinindustrie
Das chemisch aktive Reinigungskonzentrat RE3000 von RapidPurge ist die ideale Reinigungslösung für Extruder, Spritzguss- und Blasformmaschinen zur Herstellung von Kunststoffprodukten im Bereich der Lebensmittel- und Pharmaindustrie, der Medizintechnik oder der Spielzeugindustrie.
RE3000 bildet die Grundlage zur Herstellung eigener Reinigungsgranulate für speziell abgestimmte Reinigungsanforderungen und Kunststoffe. Das Granulat wird mit einem natürlichen PP oder PE, oder mit dem hauseigenen Material bzw. Regranulat zur Herstellung eines individuellen und sparsamen Reinigungs Compounds verwendet.
Das FDA-zugelassene RE3000 wurde speziell für die Anforderungen sensibler Produktionen entwickelt, ist ammoniakfrei und nicht aufschäumend . Die Inhaltsstoffe und chemischen Komponenten sind vollständig FDA / GRAS kompatibel und erlauben den Einsatz in Reinräumen oder bei der Herstellung von Produkten mit Lebensmittelkontakt.
