EASYPURGE was founded in 2014 in Spain by Juan Romano, a chemist with a clear vision: to develop purging solutions that make production processes cleaner, faster, and more efficient.

What started as a technical idea has become an internationally trusted solution — used by manufacturers in over 30 countries and across various industries.

Today, EASYPURGE stands for innovation, quality, and reliable performance — wherever clean production matters most.

2011
The Beginning

EASYPURGE was founded in Spain by chemist Juan Romano, with a vision to make machine cleaning smarter and safer.

2013
Outsourcing

To meet early demand, production was outsourced to a certified partner under strict quality control.

2014
Liquid Launch

In the same year, EASYPURGE Liquid was officially launched to the market.

2016
Sachet packaging

The single-use sachet system was developed — making product handling safer, cleaner and easier.

2018-2021
Industrial validation

Numerous successful tests with leading companies in the industry, including global brands like Alpla, Resilux. Plastipak and Valeo to name a few

EASYPURGE got successfully tested at the Husky Lab Luxembourg (HQ) on their machines and for Alpla Lab (Austria) Ranking among the top 3 in a comparative test of 11 different purging compounds.

Black Specks Solution development

Development of a new system specifically targeting one of the biggest challenges in plastics processing: black specks.

2024
Establishing a location in Germany

EASYPURGE opened a presence in Germany to strengthen its position in Central Europe.

2012
First developments

The first formulations of EASYPURGE were created and tested in real production environments.

2014
Trademark

EASYPURGE became a registered trademark.

2015
APS development

Initial development and in-machine testing of the APS (Automatic Purging System) began.

2017
Factoría Industrial

First collaboration steps with Factoría Industrial de Villaverde, which later became key to EASYPURGE’s growth.

2022
Relocation & expansion

The company moved into the Factoría Industrial de Villaverde, expanding both production and R&D capabilities.

2024
Management expansion

The leadership team was expanded to support international growth and strategic development.
